RETRAINING TEAM MEMBERS – Extensive training on the highest safety and
sanitation standards.

REDUCED CAPACITY – Following guidelines on limiting dining room capacity and
placing upper limits to party size.

ENHANCED TEAM MEMBER SCREENING – We screen our team members for symptoms
upon coming to work. Keeping them healthy will keep you healthy!

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT – Our team members are wearing face covers
and gloves.

HANDWASHING – We frequently wash our hands, including each time we change tasks!
We are providing well stocked restrooms with high caliber hand soap to promote healthy
hand washing.

REDUCING TOUCH POINTS – We are limiting the amount of touch points between the
kitchen and your food. Kitchen to Table as soon as possible.

SINGLE USE CONDIMENTS – Providing condiments upon request and in single use format.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING – Keeping a safe distance between you and other guests and our
teams. We have clearly marked guest waiting areas.

MEDICAL GRADE DISINFECTANT – Disinfecting high touch points such as tables, chairs,
booths, menus, pens, credit card machines after each use with Peroxide Cleaner
and Disinfectant.

ONLINE ORDERING – Guests pay in advance or pay over the phone so a signature
is not needed.
